All day long, I have had on and off pain on the left side of my head that feels similar to a mild "ice cream headache". What does this mean?

i have been having a lot of those to, and i think that its because of a fluxuation in hormones, you know getting close to that time and stuff. yeah... great... o well bye!

IDK but I get this type of headache when I'm in a freezing cold room|||Yes its called 'brian freeze' it happens when you eat really cold stuff. It will go away in a couple min. Some are longer then the other one's.

Nothing to worry about its normal.
