Bad headache regularly?

I've been having headaches regularly and it doesn't usually last long. Though has been continuing time to time for 3-4days now. Is it cause I listen to earphones too much? I can't check up due to stuck in college dorm for while and busy. Can i be lack of sleep or anything?

i get migranes a lot, they quickly come and go, sometimes if you don't eat breakfeast or eat chocolate. You should go see your docter because it might be serious.
