Try and drink a pint of tepid water. In this weather, the most likely cause is dehydration - unless you need glasses for pc work. A couple of paracetamol wouldn't hurt either (unless you're allergic of course !)

caffeine is the best cure for a headache, and i dont know if you should get away from the computer.|||Have frequent breaks, make sure you are not dehydrated, get your eyesight checked, and take some paracetamol.|||headaches are usually caused by dehydration or hunger...or too much pc! eat, drink and have a good rest - that should do you some good :)|||Frequent breaks from the computer is a good idea since eye strain can cause headaches. Stretch a bit and do some relaxation techniques.
