Depending on your location I would say it is most likely allergies...I would get a script from a doc for Allegra. It works well and so does Nasonex. I don't use over the counter allergy meds because they make me feel like a human marshmellow. If it is temporary I would try Alkaseltzer cold or Dayquil Daytime or Night medicine depending on when it bothers you most. Ocean saline is good for a stuffy nose and that is over the counter. If your headache is between your eyes it is a safe bet it could be allergies. I have the more and more the older I get and more and more people are having allergy problems these days, especially with fall seasons & mold in damp environments.

Did you try steaming? Cover your eyes with a wet cloth while you inhale steam. A hot plain tea would also help.
