i have a terrible headache that just makes my eyes feel like they are about to pop out. i have already taken 2 asprins, and all the lights are out of my house. any secret remedies...all help is welcomed

If its in the eyes, I find a cold washcloth or icepack laid across the eyes and temples help some, along with some fresh air (I crack a window open) - maybe with a little lavender aromatherapy. I also turn out the lights and turn off everything - I get these headaches periodically and know how awful they can be. Oh, and make sure you eat and like others have said, stay hydrated!
