If you're looking for pain relief.. maybe look into acupressure points you can do yourself at home.
To help with the actual sinus infection... raw garlic is anti-inflamitory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial. Chop up one or two cloves really really small and swallow whole with water (don't chew!!! you'll burn your mouth off!! LOL). Garlic has also been reported to help prevent pre-eclampsia. So you'd be doing yourself a favour anyway!

You can take benedryl and clortabs safely but if you are unsure call your doctors off ice and they should be able to give you a list of meds to take.|||sudafed|||You can take an over the counter decongestant.|||tylenol and sudafed are the only sinus and headache meds. my doctor told me to take.|||sudafed|||Im not sure you will have to call your doctor tommaro morning and ask her... I dont want to tell you to take something then have something happen to you you know what i mean so just call her and ask
KK|||Sudafed (the kind you have to get behind the pharmacy counter) and Benadryl. At least that's what I was allowed to take. I was also on Zithromax for a bad sinus infection. Didn't do too much. Drink lots of water and decaf hot tea with honey too.
