I'm 6 months pregnant, with a headache that has lasted for about a week now?

It started off as a headache, which I was prone to prior to pregnancy, I have had migraines off and on for years now. However, this time, its gone from a headache to a dull ache that comes and goes, and is centralized on the left side of my head, between my ear and temple. I've noticed it hurts more when I bend down, not everytime, but sometimes. I was recently told my blood pressure is a little low, and I experianced today a 'pins and needles' sensation on the left side of my head as well. I also am under alot of stress. Any ideas anyone?

You should have your blood pressure checked. My wife had the same symptoms during her pregnancy. Her doc told her to come right in and they found out her blood pressure was elevated and she had pre-eclampsia. Could just be a random headache, but better to check it and be safe.
