I was on my orthotricycline for about 3 weeks (wasn't the first time i was on it, have been in the past) then i got messed up on my pills and had a period that lasted a normal 5 days. About 2 and 1/2 weeks later I had slight spotting (no cramping or any signs that i was gonna have another period like i usually do- (major cramping/diarrhea/mood swings) i had slight spotting for one day, bled extremely heavy the next day and then slight spotting the day after. after the 3rd day i wasn't bleeding anymore. i figured this was just my body getting back to normal after getting off the pill. it's now been 30 days since my 3 day period episode. i just figured this would be the time of my next period because i always have a 28 day cycle, yet i am now 2 days late. is there a chance i could be pregnant? and was my 3 day period episode normal after getting off the pill? i never had it before.

Yes that was normal from getting off the pill. Implantation bleeding is about 1-3 days long and is light and MAYBE a brownish color. There should be NO bright red blood or clotting or heavyness to it. Sounds like you could be pregnant now. If I was you I would test since you are already late. If neg then wait a wk and retest. If still no period and all negs then go to the dr for a blood test. Goodluck
