Could these cramps be due to pregnancy or from a late period due to stress and exercise?

my gf is experiencing very small cramps lately (the last 2 days) and we are unsure why. could it be because she is getting her period or other reasons. she has been exercising since the 20th of june almost everyday for an hour (30 mins of cardio and 30mins of push ups sit-ups etc.) and has been worrying a lot about becoming pregnant so i guess stress. well me and my gf were just kissing and somewhat fooling around. she had pajama pants on while i had boxers on and i guess i had precum but i didnt see any on her clothing so i was wondering if there was a possibility of her getting pregnant. her period was due a couple days ago and i think it was just because she was stressing and she has been exercising a lot this month can this affect her period. and saying by some possible way the precum got on her finger and she scratched herself in the area like on the outside with her clothes on can she be pregnant and that being the results of the cramps or is it just a late period.its 4 days late

i highly doubt that you would have had to have some kind of intercourse it had it really close to her area.... it usually how do you say i guess dies when it is exposed to air or out side of your body just wait it out and see what happens if she doesn't get her period in the next few weeks then go get a pregnancy test and you find out but i dont think you have anything to worry about shes probably just late
