Could this be why my period is late?

i know that iam not pregnant because i have never had sex or come close to it. my period is so far approximately 10 days late. is it possible that it is from stress? between school and sports and everything i have been very stressed out lately and i was also getting very bad indigestion. now that ive relaxed and im done with school i havent had indigestion in a week, so is it possible this stress also caused my period to be off? the past few days ive occasionally been feeling like im having period cramps, but no bleeding yet. is this a part of PMS ive never had cramps before my period but ive heard every cycle affects you differently. ive also had bad back pain which is always a sign of pms for me.my period has always been regular but im only 15. help please

stress seems like a likely answer or it could be that you arent eating enough take a break from whatever it is you're doing and make sure you're eating right|||yeah, stress can delay it. i hate periods.|||Don't stress about it...That could be the potent cause of its being late..As well as the fact that, your only 15, your period will flucuate till your 21 or older...
