Good acne treatment for a woman in late 20's?

After my 3rd child, being in my late 20s I'm having a major acne problem, never had this before, and I've tried pro-active, doesn't work just made it worse, dr wexler acne treatments were ok, not too happy with it, now I'm taking care of my face with the Aveeno treatments and it's getting worse!! Help! Does any one experienced this? Do you currently use a product that's actually helping heal ur face? Thank you in advance for ur answers!!
