How can i stop going to bed so late?!?





Im never tired until 2 in the morning! And then i wake up at 3 in the afternoon. How do i stop going to bed so late and start getting tired at a more normal time?

One night after you have stayed up till 2 a.m., get up at 8:00, then stay up all day with no nap (keep yourself busy doing things outside or around the house), and then by about 10 p.m., you should be tired enough to go to bed. Then try to stick to the routine of getting up early so that you will be tired at a normal time.

Do more activities in the day so when night falls your tired and you can get to bed early.|||Set your alarm clock for 7 AM and get up at 7 AM every day.

This will naturally set your sleeping time.

Don't get into bed except to sleep. In other words, don't start reading/emailing/watching TV in bed.|||i think that you should try waking up like in 10:00 then sleep at 10:00 in nighttime so that you get 12 hours of sleep and playtime but only when there's no school. if there's school then it depends on when you wake up. make it the same time you sleep but at night.|||I KNOW there is a lot. But these tips really helped me.
