Does anyone know the name and singer of this song?





All the lyrics I know are "I just want to be with you, wanna make believe with you" and "harmony, harmony", sorry I know it's not much. But I believe its from the early 90s or late 80s. I saw it this week on a commercial for that soap opera Passions. Thanks for your help!
