A charming neighbor of ours is an opera singer. We met up recently while walking our dogs. Our Westie, Jasper (who has turned 14), barked his usual happy dog greeting, whereupon our neighbor remarked that with a little practice Jasper could sing the part of the Duke of Mantua in "Rigoletto"?
