What is a good movie playing this weekend at theaters? I like comedy or thrillers, what do you recom





If you like thrillers: Children of Men (sci-fi drama with minor action and some suspense). It's pretty bleak and quite realistic.

Pan's Labyrinth (historical set fantasy) is pretty good if it is open in your area; it didn't have as much fantasy elements as I was expecting, not bad, just I had hoped for more. Also it has subtitles, but it is still good... not great, but very good.

Comedies: The choices are starting to dwindle. The Holiday is romantic fluff. Night at Museum is silly fluff. But if you can find it (only 39 theaters last week), and you haven't seen it, Little Miss Sunshine is one of my favorites of all films this year - extrememly funny, but touching too.

i reccommend you come to my place and ill put onna movie|||I dont know about comedy or thrillers personally but i just saw freedrom writers and it was really good also patrick dempsey is gourgeous as always. It is really good and will touch you if you like that kind of movie. Hilary Swank is really good in it too.|||Mel Gibson's Apocalypto. Still historically is it quite on. Aztecs were a tough group!
