A local radio station was giving out tickets to the showing at IMAX Berjaya Times Square for the opening day, 28 June. So I guess the answer is YES!

The Harry Potter movie comes out the following week, and IMAX has chosen to distribute that Hollywood film instead. Sorry to burst your bubble. yes it will play in most.....|||It should, because it's going to be amazing...and seeing it on the BIG BIG IMAX screen would be (again) AMAZING! (I'm so excited to see it!)
