Anger and Stress Problem..?





I have a problem with my anger i'm always some what pissed off and i have a really short fuse..I'm always pretty stressed too thats probably why i'm angry and this means i don't sleep very well either i' only getting like 5 or 6 hours of sleep a night and i wake up a fair bit.

Does anyone know of anyways to calm my self or relieve stress??

please dont say things like meditation and yoga..

Although meditation and yoga are extremely helpful, you have to be in a different state of mind than you are now to benefit from them.

New studies are showing that people who go through the day finding things that make them happy (the current weather, the baby that smiled at you at the restaraunt, seeing squirrels get ready for winter, whatever) were substantially more happy and pleasant in general, than the people who concentrated on the negative. Try starting a journal and start out just trying to find 10 things a day. That's a good start...and there's a good article on it in this month's Reader's Digest.

To relax at night, try lavender bath oils or salts. Take a nice warm lavender bath. Drink some chamomile tea, and even get a lavender foo-foo pillow to sleep with (or have nearby, not necessarily sleep ON) to keep that good lavender mojo going.
