My mate feels that if I don't have sex with him then I don't love him. We had so many fights and arguments and breakups due to the fact that I don't have the desire to have sex all the time. I love him, but I don't have the desire all the time. Now I feel like when I do have sex, I'm forcing myself. He feels as if I dont find him attractive. I don't even have the desire to cheat either. I just want the arguments to stop. I'm stress at work and with my weight gain. He still finds me attractive and beautiful but I just don't want to have sex all the time. But if I don't give it to him he feels less of a man and unattractive.

Try to get your man to understand where you are coming from and reassure him that you find him attractive and love him but you don't want the relationship to be all about sex when you are together. If sex becomes a big issue without finding middle ground, it could ruin your relationship. And him comparing you giving in to his requests to have sex to prove your love is a load of poo.
