Foods and drinks for stress?
Do you have any idea on what foods and drinks can ease off some stress? I'm talking about normal everyday foods and drinks, things you can get from grocery stores or supermarkets, not medicines or stuff like that...

First: A little bit of chocolate every day.
*The Aztec Indians who developed it, have always believed that "chocolate" in moderation was a very good food for your health. I think they're right. Sometimes people call it the true "comfort food" and I would agree.
Second: Chamomile tea.
It is very calming and is rumored to assist the body in restful sleep. (and no caffeine)
Third: Good clean water.
In sufficient amounts that your body needs. It is so basic and so overlooked in regards to our health. It flushes out waste and helps the body to function efficiently. It give us "ease" which is the opposite of "dis-ease".
I hope that your quest for a stress free diet is a success.
