How do I reduce sub-conscience stress?
I can get my mind off my problems. However, I think I'm still stressing underneath. Is there anything I can really do? I've been working out. I have hobbies and do other fun things. I guess I could do pot (just kidding).

Those dated tapes & videos from the 80's actually do work. You can pick them up from the library for free.|||If you get your mind off problems, but haven't really dealt with them, they will still be there. Getting them out of your mind is different than changing your mind set to believing the problems aren't really problems, or just solving the problems at hand.|||When you find out, please let me know.
