I'm a.............Chocoholic???
I'm addicted to chocolate and litterally go crazy when I want it but dont have it. I get a little hyper when I eat chocolate even if its a little bit. Trust me I've tried quitting but it only lasted like 2 er 3 days before I had to eat some more. Its really hard to concentrate in school when I'm hyped up on sugar so my grades are dropping badly. I sometimes eat chocolate to calm myself when I'm stressed or nervous so I HAVE to keep EMERGENCY CHOCOLATE in my backpack at all times. I may sound weird but its what I call addiction. So please help me break this habit.

I'm a.............Chocoholic???opera cdIt might not just be chocolate thats the problem, but the sugar. I know its hard but set yourself to a sugarfree diet. Instead of making a list of all the foods you cant have, create a list of all the foods you CAN have (go to the grocery store and find products in the health food aisle apart from fruits, veggies, sugar free popsicles etc....) once you really have sugar eliminated from your body (its gonna take a couple weeks to detox) you'll notice that chocolate isnt as much of a problem.
I understand, Im the same way. I can be really good and then I just *need* it. Sometimes it also helps to look at it like a drug addiction. If I look at it like cocaine I can steer away from it, just because it has the same pschcological effects, and Id like to think I could kick an addiction (although I know its not so easy).
