I'm stuck! Two guys! Help!?

I liked this guy for a little while because he was cute and funny, but when I saw that all he hung out with was giggling girls that giggled at him even moving a muscle, I said no. Then I found a new guy that I like he's nicer and more goodlooking. But my friend told both of them that I like them, and I haven't had the guts to tell the first guy that it's not true yet. But when he sits next to me on a day when I'm stressed, I snap at him. Then my friend told me that he had told her to tell me that he liked me and she forgot. Now I feel so bad for yelling at him. But he might think that I'm flirting with him if I appologize and the other guy might think that too and feel bad (he likes me too). I'm so stuck help me please!
