I'm under a lot of stress today. How can I relax tonight.?





This has been a busy week here at our state house. I'm supposed to board a train tonight to visit a friend in the City. I'm so stressed and anxious that I'm having trouble relaxing. I feel better now that I've gone out for a walk, but I still feel I'm about four or five levels higher than I should be. Any suggestions for what I can do to relax and enjoy my weekend, considering I don't drink or use drugs.

go take a run and work out. Then go out and have a good time. You deserve it. Jacking off always relieves stress too!

Watch TV tonight...|||I would go in a quiet room and just read a book or take a nap. Do something alone.|||Cuddle up on the sofa under a blanket with a nice hot cuppa (or coffee :]) and watch a good movie!|||Try meditating, force yourself to focus and clear your mind.|||Relax and enjoy at Yahoo Answers!!|||Listen to some good music. Music that you know help you to relax. Chose your music wisely!|||O.k go meet your friend and see if you guess have one free day even and go to the spa it will be a girls day or if your a boy umm...... go do somthing that both your guys fav thing to do and spend time to do it and relax with your friend.|||You need to go out for a much longer walk,have periods of walking very briskly,then when you slow down just stand and breath as deeply as you can,feel the cool night air rushing into your lungs,then as you expel the air imagine all that horrible tension leaving your body,then walk a steady speed again for a while then speed up again and do the routine above,Ideally you need to break out into a sweat.When you get back have a nice shower or bath,then listen to some music or watch some television,this will relax you further before you retire for the night,when you go to bed,think of some of the best days out youve had etc,and try and re-live them exactly,you should then drift off.|||Well drinking or drugs are probably your best bet. Instead of a walk go for a run. Exercise can always help anxiety.
