Is it a bad thing that I'm getting pissed off b/c so many people are asking me to do huge favor

And I mean they're all asking me at the same time! It's not that I don't wanna help them, I would just like to have some time to myself since I just got outta school you know? Did these people just get together and decide to bombarde me with favors to do for them? I'm glad they thought of me first, but why do they have to ask me to do a million things at the same time? And I'm sure they know more people than me, right? I'm stressing myself out helping them, and they're just off having fun when I would just like to be relaxing!! I'm trying to be nice in turning them down, but I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings and have them think badly of me so I'm saying yes to all of these damn favors. I'm sorry I'm rambling on, but I just needed to get this off my chest...arghhh!! lol

I have found that the more you say yes the more you are asked to do things. A little while back I had to start saying no or my sanity was going to go right out the window. I wanted to help everyone but I have found that the first person you need to take care of is YOU. If you don't then you end up taking too much on and in my case lose it over someone asking for one little small thing opposed to snapping at those that are taking complete advantage of you. I felt like such a butt head after that. Bottom line is don't stretch yourself too thin. Good luck!
