Is this common? Could it be stress related?

Since i started my period at 15 (i'm now just turned 19) it has always been regular, i think it was 2 weeks late a year ago because of stress but that's it. I've been on the pill for 7/8 months and have also never had breakthrough bleeding/spotting and period has always been on the same time.

Late yesterday and today i've had brown bleeding and was really light red and dischargy- if that makes sense :S. It's also really light, same volume as discharge really. I'm worried i might be pregnant cos i was on antibiotics when me and my boyfriend and sex. Could it have been brought on by stress? I'm not due on my period till monday and haven't finished the active pills yet?

Maby you could just be irratated....or possible infection? watch it...if it or anything else strange happens call the doc and make an appointment.
