I m usually very stressed out, b-cuz I don live with my parents. I get upset sometimes with my aunts. what should I do to avoid stress...

Stress hits us all. Try to find some time in your busy schedule to sit down and relax. Listen to some calm music. Get a massage. Exercise more. All this can reduce stress.

btw people please answer my poem question!!|||AVOID UR AUNTz ... DUH!|||Write it down. It helps to write your frustrations down. But I think that you should go deal with your stress head on. Fix whatever it is that's stressing you out. Avoiding problems are just going to make them get worse.|||accept things as they are and do your best to avoid situations that make you stressed. Stop trying to swim against the current and just go with the flow.|||music,music. all you needs the best on your personal collection have all time with you and has stress music be solution|||eat chocolate!|||Stress starts in your head. Look at your situations rationally and ask yourself what it is that is worrying you. Consider the worst case scenario and make a plan to deal with it. Let go of the things you cannot prevent or plan for and trust yourself to handle it as it comes to you. Engage in positive self-talks, because you really are a capable person with limitless resources for coping. We humans are amazing creatures, built to adapt and survive. Tell the worry monsters to hush, get out and get some exercise, and surround yourself with positive people. If there is something in your life that is causing you grief, seek ways to change it. If you can't change it, find the best solutions for coping and put your eyes on the future instead of focusing on the problems of today.|||Any thing possible.Stress will kill you.Try to figure out what the problem is.What will it take to fix the problem?And how long it will take. Then realize that every day that you wake up means another day you have to live on this earth. Be happy you are healthy and find some thing good about the day ahead of you. Sometimes you need to stop and smell the roses! Look around you , there are many beautiful things in this world we take for granted.Take time to take them in cuz ther are no guarantees on if youll make it to the next day.|||When I'm stressed out I speak to my counselor, they have counselors for teens. I also go to church (Christian). I feel a lot better especially after I go to church.|||well my parent's are divorced 2 so i know what your goin through, but i go parent 2 parent.trust me i know the hassel.wat i do is talk things out 2 freinds, or get a note book 2 write about wat your feelin.at least it helps 4 me.well hope it works out 4 u.also go out and have a good time.(it will help trust me)|||Firstly try 2 open up urself not only to ur parents n aunta but also to urself.Its human nature to cluster up our emotions in our heart and with time they get so deep rooted that we ourself dont know the reasons 4 them and the aftermath is called STRESS. This stress that u r going thru is nothing but ur emotions and frustrations so try to clear up ur mind and than sort out the matter by talking to ur near n dear ones|||Dont worry. Like you i was also the patient of stress. I call me as patient. Because i consider that stress is mentaldisease. Everyone can have stress condition. As you know that i was the patient of stree. So, i can define stress as "A condition in which the organism is subjected to unfavorable or unfamiliar environmental conditions, resulting in some alteration in normal physical functioning. Short-term stress can often be overcome. Long-term stress can reduce resistance to disease and parasites, inhibit self-healing processes, and reduce life-span."
