I work the night shift and have done so for 12 years. I do not have to tell you that it is not good for you, but i have tried different things over the years and have some recommendations for you.

Take a good multivitamin with your b vitamins and keep a good eating schedule. Do not eat anytime of day, since you sleep in the daytime continue to try to eat on the same schedule as everyone else.
