Choreography for a Musical Theatre Song suggestions?





There's a song from the musical 'Company'-'Another Hundred People'- which I have never seen choreographed.

Since I am not doing this song with a baby grand to sit on and I do not intend on standing still the entire five minutes I'm onstage, does anyone have and suggestions as to how I should choreograph it?

Sorry, but your best bet is to stand still and come up with some subtle, appropriate hand gestures. The song is way too fast and wordy and any major movement is going to detract from what you want the audience to hear. Michael Bennett (famous choreographer for Chorus Line, Dreamgirls, etc) staged the song originally and even he felt there should be no movement. Good luck, it's a great song!
