I have a musical theater audition coming up and I can't find an audition song or monologue! Hel





I am 15 yrs old and i look a little younger than my age, I have brown hair and I'm a girl. I am a mezzo-soprano belter and for the monologue I'm looking for a 1 minute comical possibly from a musical or play. I would really appreciate any suggestions or ideas!

Songs: Look up broadway songs on Google. A few good shows are WICKED, Hairspray, Grease, High School Musical...etc.

Monologues: Google search it. It'll be less painful that way.

What are you auditioning for?

Find a monolgue with a character similar to the one you want to play there are a million out there. Pick a song that sounds like a song from the show mezzo sopranos have a big vocal range.
