none|||I prefer MM. I like some of Garbage's songs.|||Marilyn........|||Hard to say, depends a lot on my mood and even more on which album.

I normally HATE female vocals, but Shirley is on of the few exceptions. she is a really great singer, for a girl. all of Garbage's albums are at least ok, and the vocals are one of the highlights.

Marilyn Manson can be a real git at times, and if we were going by most recent work Shirly would be the clear winner. He probably has less singing tallent than Shirley, but his work - when it's good - is more interesting. His first album - Portrait of an American Family - is one of my all-time favourites, but a lot of what i like about it is the instrumental stuff, which i don't think he had that much to do with. Back-in-the-day though his lyrics were quite cute and he had an interesting character he portraied. Now he seems to have taken it a bit far.

In short - they are too different to compare. It'[s not even comparing apples and oranges, more like comparing apples and sausages.|||i have a very sickening obsession with Shirley Manson. i have a crapload of pics of her in my computer. i absolutley love her. she is getting a little old now, but she still has it.|||Marilyn Manson has a wicked style.|||sHIRLEY|||Can I say neither?
