A very quick search found Ithaca College, NYU, UNC, Mercyhurst College, University of Michigan, Catholic University, and the University of Cincinatti. and those are just the hits on the first two pages. Wagner College on Staten Island in New York offers a degree in Musical Theater. They also have a great Music program which goes hand in hand. You're also less than an hour from the city via public transportation and students can get tons of discounts for Broadway Shows.
