How to get a job in www as woman with experience but not qualifications?

Hello,

I am a 30 year old woman, I have an enhansed disclosure form to say I have no criminal record.

I can repair and up grade computers and pick up new software easily - as a child I programmed in BASIC little games and have been online since 1997.

My qualifications are in the performing arts (it seamed like a good idea at the time).

How can I go about getting a job in computing?

I am interested in a range of roles from chat room moderator / home work helper / to testing computer games (who wouldn't want that job I know). Any thing for a foot in the door.

I live in Kent (UK) & can travel to work or work from home.

Obvously it would be great if someone read this & offered me a job - but I'm more realsitic than that.

Are there websites I can visit or companies I should email my CV to?
