Are there any biology/science aqency that are interested in bio-fertilizer studies?

I had been performing some obsservations and research on cyanobacteria and its uses for bio-fertilizers. I wonder if there any agency that would be interested in studying biofertilizers. I would be able to mail some samples to the company. Although I used simple equipment for these projects, I want to show you samples. I do not have a paying job since 2001, but I would gladly work for you, especially with the projects.

It has the largest agriculture research school in north america, and it can give you a list of all the bio firms associated with them.

Also, try Ministry of Agriculture (Federal and Provincial) in Canada.
