Is there anything holiday related at Magic Kingdom besides Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party?
I'm going to go on a Saturday when they aren't having this party. No way am I shelling out even more cash!!! :o) I was just wondering if they were changing the Wishes fireworks show to something more holiday-themed?!? And is the only way to see Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade to go to the special party, or are they performing this parade in place of the normal parade everyday around Christmas!??
Is there anything holiday related at Magic Kingdom besides Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party?musicalsThe MK has a Cinderella Holiday Wish show in the evening, of course there is the tree & all the decorations, and they have a parade during the day called Mickey's Once Upon a Chrismastime Parade. They also have Santa. He sits next to town hall.
If you are only going to the Magic Kingdom....that is the gist of it. But the very best Christmas activities are actually at EPCOT & MGM. EPCOT has holidays from around the world, with the winter holiday icon from each country telling stories. They have a holiday version of Illuminations, and the highlight is the Candle Light Processional. Over 400 singers & a famous guest reading the Christmas Story. MGM has the Osborn Family Lights. This family had a huge display in Little Rock, AR, and were forced to remove it. So Disney bought it, increased the number of lights, and has it all over the backlot area of MGM.
