My workplace is having a karaoke party for Christmas? What song should I perform for those people?

We are having this celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ the first Wednesday in December. What an absolutely fantastic way to kick off the Christmas season, a chance to share an evening with the people we spend all day with!

The evening will be topped by a karaoke competition that will be just wonderful. Having trained formally in the genre of classical during my college years, I yearn for the opportunity to share my talents with those less then I . Oh, don't get me wrong, they are good people, just lesser in the world of music.

I'm known for my fantastic candlelight dinners than are accentuated by my piano recitals. However, I would really enjoy an opportunity to "flip the switch" as my African-American friends would say.

My fiancee Megan (Mee-Gun, NOT May-Gun) will also be in attendance. Perhaps we can perform a duet for the people? I am personally leaning towards a song by Robert Brown entitled "Humpin' Around". It would show an edgier side to my persona, and take my hobby to the next level. What is unfortunate is the last time we performed that song at a party we both ended up unfairly imprisoned for a two-hour period for "indecent behavior" at a local county holding facility. What a load of rubbish! The man is always persecuting the artist!!
