or should i just submit them to my old company and see how they respond?when i first came into my company i was told i was gonna be the boss the hardest part of the day would be to just show up in the morning.then when i got there the same guy who said all this became a jerk.by this time i was already 3 months into the company so there was no turnin back then i started to notice that when i performed their over time on occassion it wasnt showing up in my check so i repeatidly brout it up to the payroll girl who always had some rational to it .so i didnt say or do anything till they just did it to me again and they walk in and say hey your building being sold and you might get sold to the other company wit no regard and you might go to the new company and they did it again like a month ago it was 5 hours overtime thats 150 bucks.my loot
also the payroll girl just got laid off so i feel as though if i suponea her and her boss they ha to speak for their actions their no longer employes

Send a registered letter (and keep the receipt that you will get from the post office to take to court if need be) to each of them requesting payment in full and let them know in the letter you will be taking them to small claims court if they do not resolve the matter. A simple threat might be enough to get them to pay.
