Spiritual healing...?
I asked this before, but I still want to know your opinion about healing through spirits, like John of God.

I know you are going to say it is demoniac, it is fake, so on. I think that since Jesus was a healer and He told His disciples to continue His work, I believe we have healers among us. I know healing can be done by prayers and through someone's faith. However, some mediums need to lay hands on the patients and put on all that show for one reason... and the reason is this: that's the way we believe... As human beings, we tend to doubt what our eyes can't see. God has a purpose on putting people like John of God among us. He wants to reach people's hearts. How did people believe in Jesus? By seing with their own eyes the miracles He was performing. If Jesus never used this kind of stuff, would people believe solely on what he was saying?
Your opinion and thoughts...

Whatever works is ok.Don′t forget that about 90% of people who go to a doctor are going to get better anyway.I respectfully suggest that you lighten up.|||When on the spiritual path, one reaches certain stages when one acquires Spiritual Powers! But these powers are not to ne used actually-unless it is reqd or ordained by the Lord! Thes powers are best kept within oneself! Saints like Jesus are messengers of God who can use them-coz they are at discretion to do so!|||Lets be honest. Christians have for the most part totally glossed over the healing aspect of Jesus's teachings. The few Christian religions that have focused on spiritual healings have been savagely attacked by the fundamentalists. I'm not referring to the often fraudulent faith healers, but rather to spiritual healers.|||In this video clip this John does not attribute anything to God, but to "channeling" the knowledge of deceased doctors.
Think about it. This isn't a "Spiritual Gift" as we see described in the Bible.
It is a guy receving messages from deceased people.
Biblical healing as far as I know never included cutting someone open or sticking something up a person's nose. For the most part it was with just a word. There was the mud that Jesus put on a blind man's eyes, but the rest was with His word.
My opinion, I certainly wouldn't go to him. My thought, is that this is the description of calling up of demons.
