Why are they being so bad to me?

I started a First Diploma in Performing Arts course in September,and I am still doing it.

I like doing it,although its hard work,because I used to do Care for elderly.A few weeks ago I and a few others did costume for a show,and after that a few of the others stated shouting at me for no apparent reason,telling me I dont listen and I did not do my work properly.Which really hurt my feelings.And another one told me that I was carring grudge,which is all lies cause Im not that surt of person.They tell lies about me,and offend me for no reason.One time they also called me a queer bastard,which also hurt my feelings.And most of them do not talk to me and they do not be friendly to me,except one or two who are nice enough.I just dont know why they say these things about me,and why they tell lies to tuthors about me.Even the course co-ordinator,who learns us Devising,I've got a feeling she does not like me either,eg. The other tuthors are nice.I did tell student services.

Im in the performing arts industry and u do really have to be a tough person to cope with the kind of ppl in the industry.

I think its so pathetic that they are being so cruel to u.

U must remember though that when u leave that course, u will prob all be competing in the same industry and they are basically starting early with their crap. Its all just insecurity and young people in the performing arts industry are particularly horrible. Im 21yrs and I make sure that I work with ppl that are at least over the age of 35 cause they have more experience and have learnt humility.
