How do i tell my dad I'm pissed at him without hurting his feelings?

You might approach your Dad and explain to him you are kind of hurt that he didn't let you know of the change in plans. Tell him that you told all the other kids you were going and now you feel as though they might think you were bragging or lying.
10 - 1 he'll apologize and you can let it go.|||be nice, calm and patient. say "dad i really had my heart set on going to see these plays" find out why he changed his mind, see if he is ok, did something change while you were at camp? he is a person too, it's not so important that you told a bunch of people you were gonna see plays, make sure everything is alright at home, and i would worry more about spending time with him.
